The Webster family lives in Richmond, Vermont on the Western Slopes of the Green Mountains. They have been making maple syrup at their home since 2008.
Jason, in the construction business by day, is our chief sugar-making strategist at Little Hill Sugarworks by night. He has been sugaring since he was a boy, growing up in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.
Katie is our functioning sap wench and is a food content developer and food blogger at Healthy Seasonal Recipes. She wrote Maple: 100 Sweet and Savory Recipes Featuring Pure Maple Syrup, a hard cover cookbook published by Quirk Books in 2015.
